Drifter Brewing Company is the Cape brewery famous for ageing beer under the Atlantic — its ocean-sunk Cape Town Blonde made headlines worldwide. Founded in Woodstock, Drifter has since relocated to the Winelands at Farm 173 Vymansfontein outside Paarl, and at the time of writing the taproom is listed as temporarily closed while the new site comes online.
