Red Bridge Brewing Co is a family-owned Knysna micro-brewery specialising in small-batch beers, and they're direct about the house style: we love hops. Best known along the Garden Route for their Golden Ale, they also brew an IPA, a craft lager, a non-alcoholic ale and a rotating series of limited editions.
The taproom at 5 Noble Street offers tasting paddles, draughts on tap, wine and cocktails, lunch and dinner, take-home beer — and a view of the brewers actually working. Weekdays run 8am to 4pm, with late 9pm sessions Thursday and Friday; closed weekends.
