About Loxtonia Cider
Loxtonia is a cider maker rather than a brewery, pressing hand-picked apples from the Ceres Valley on Ezelfontein Road and fermenting them naturally under an orchard-to-bottle philosophy.
The tasting room opens Wednesday to Sunday — 10am to 4pm midweek, to 5pm Friday and Saturday, and 11am to 3pm on Sundays, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Ceres itself is one of the Cape's most scenic mountain-pass drives, and Loxtonia gives the valley a proper tasting destination beyond fruit farming.
